Additional Notes
Raji: An Ancient Epic features a simple but effective combat system built around weapon combos, dodging, powerful finishers, and divine abilities known as the Favor of the Gods. While the default controller layout cannot be fully customized on consoles, mastering how attacks chain together is far more important than memorizing individual buttons.
- Square / X performs your primary light attacks and starts most weapon combos.
- Triangle / Y extends combos with heavier attacks that deal more damage and stagger enemies.
- Circle / B is used for interactions, executions, and finishing weakened enemies.
- X / A functions as both Jump and Dodge depending on the situation.
- L1 / LB activates the Favor of the Gods, allowing you to unleash powerful divine abilities after unlocking them.
- R2 / RT performs a Power Attack capable of breaking enemy defenses and creating openings.
- L2 / LT activates your weapon's secondary attack, which changes depending on the weapon equipped.
- D-Pad switches between your available divine weapons.
- Different weapons such as the Trishul, Bow, Sword & Shield, and Chakram each feature unique combo strings and special attacks.
